An instock order is an order that consists of items that we have in on hand at the time of the purchase, all items outside of the pre-order section are in-stock items Instock items ship ASAP, typically within 2-3 business days after purchase

We do not accept returns on any order.

You can change your address anytime before the order ships To change you address all you have to do is send us an email requesting to have your address changed

A preorder is an order that contains items that have yet to release, most preorders will ship on the release date which is specified in the description of the presale item Only bundles may not ship on the release date based on what wave it is in, the wave shipment time is specified in the description of the item.

We allow cancellations on preorders as long as the product is not on its way to us or on hand. We allow cancellations on instock items as long as the order hasn't been packaged up or shipped. (to cancel an order you must have a valid reason, we do not accept cancelations based on price changes/sale event price changes) To cancel an order, please send us an email.

Discounts from promo codes can be used on all products on the website outside of sealed cases as they're already at their lowest possible price.

We offer worldwide shipping, with this we offer either USPS or UPS as shipment options, with UPS as our most reliable and fastest option available The most common issue we run into is packages not being updated after it lands in the country of the recipient, there are multiple reasons this may happen, a lot of times it's because they're held at government custom checks which can take from our experience 3-21 days, this can not be helped at this is the government's way of making sure packages are valued correctly and to make sure nothing dangerous is being brought into the country. Also another common reason is USPS has partners in other countries, these partnerships sometimes don't give USPS tracking after the package arrives in the country. The best thing to do if you're running into this issue is to contact your local post office for help as this seems to be the most reliable way of receiving your package, if this doesn't work please do email us as will try our very best to help you.

Unless specified on the listing, we allow unlimited purchased quantities on booster boxes, cases, and supplies. Single cards are limited to 12 of one type of card per household.

Orders with both preorder and instock items will ship together UNLESS you're located in the United States and the in-stock items pass $30, if so your order will be shipped out twice, once with the in-stock items and once with preorder item If you're located internationally the in-stock items must pass $100. If you are unsure if your order will be shipped out when you like it feel free to email us.

Frequently we will change the prices on the website, if you've made an order with certain items and their prices changes we do not accept cancelations, or refunds for those items.
